  • Why would I need a Marketing Consultant inhouse? Simply put....it's to ensure you're not wasting time and money on the wrong marketing activity. Our Marketing Consultants have at least 10 years marketing experience. They know what marketing strategies to employ to meet your business goals and can move quickly to execute them. You need the RIGHT marketing, not just any marketing.

    I have agencies and suppliers doing my marketing currently, can I still use them? Absolutely, our Marketing Consultants will work with any current suppliers but they will hold them accountable and ensure they deliver the output you need for the cost you want to pay. We also have access to an excellent group of trusted suppliers than we can recommend to you as well (note that we never put mark up on suppliers, instead we use the best for your needs and budget).

    Do you do social media? Absolutely. We focus on recommending the right channels to reach your audience, and if social media is that, then it will be included within our plans. We have expertise in LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and Tik Tok. Our staff also attend regular training sessions with these companies to be up to speed with the latest trends. Knowing where to post, how to post and what to post is key to success here. We can also look at organic and paid social media campaigns.

    Why wouldn't I just hire someone myself part time? You're more than welcome to, but hiring the right marketing talent can be very tricky as they can specialise in marketing areas your business may not need. Also when you hire us, you get access to our whole network, not just one person.

    Can you make recommendations on our marketing team structure? Yes absolutely. As businesses grow, team structures may need to change. As we determine the right marketing for your business, we can recommend the right team to bring it to life.

    Can you do digital marketing plans? Yes we have expertise in this area, and for more technical campaigns we have excellent suppliers who can support us.

    Do you work with SMEs? We love SMEs because they benefit the most from more senior marketing thinking but are not often in a position to employ these types of talent themselves. We can make a real difference to SMEs and power up their marketing efforts.

    Do you work with B2B businesses? Most of our clients are in the B2B space. Often marketing has been relegated to supporting BD efforts only, but we can show you how the right marketing strategy and marketing plan can elevate your business against your competitors.

    What type of marketing can you do? We can do all different types of marketing as long as it's the right marketing for your business. This can include everything from social media, digital campaigns, events, branding, logo development, advertising, sponsorship, website development, thought leadership, PR, eDM campaigns, CRM management, sales team support and marketing collateral. Plus anything else you can think of!

    Will I need budget to execute my marketing with your manager? Yes you will. Advertising, design, specific content writing, SEO, events and digital are all areas that may need specific expertise. Our Marketing Managers can do a lot of things, but they can’t do everything. And if you are looking at doing an ad campaign you will need budget to buy media and design ads. We can work a suitable budget out with you depending on your needs.

  • Why would I need a part time Sales Consultant inhouse? Simply put....it's to ensure you're actually getting the right leads and sales into your business. Our Sales Managers have at least 10 years experience. They will be assessing your current offering, how you sell yourself, the value you offer, what your sales expectations are and who they will be handed to once they are a sale. Having them in house with you means they can understand your business offering and having them part time means you can afford a more senior thinker and doer for a lower cost.

    I have a Sales team already, I just need them to deliver more? We can work with that. We can come in and do an audit of your sales process, team and results. Then work with you and the team to build their capabilities, develop their KPIs, ensure your offering is clear and then help you hold them accountable.

    Can you make recommendations on our team structure? Yes absolutely. As businesses grow team structures may need to change. We can either make recommendations or look at specific HR expertise that may be needed to address.

    Do you work with SMEs? We ABSOLUTELY love SMEs because they benefit the most from more senior Sales thinking but are not often in a position to employ these types of talent themselves permanently. We can make a real difference to SMEs and power up their sales efforts.

  • Why would I need a part time GM to consult into my business? At specific times in your business, you may find you know you need to fix things, but you’re not sure what needs to be fixed. This can be especially true at times when profit margins are being squeezed. Our GMs provide a non-biased, objective, external POV to be able to look at your business operations and provide you with a clear direction forward.
